Thank you for shopping with Vlloura. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take longer.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed to the shipping carrier and you will receive tracking details (when available).


SHIPPING TIMES (DELIVERY ESTIMATES)

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Typical delivery estimates after processing:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom / Europe: 8–18 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Important: Delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, incorrect address entry, or peak seasons. These events are outside our control.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotions such as free shipping will be shown during checkout.


TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Tracking is provided for most orders.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after your order ships.

  • Some shipments may show limited tracking updates depending on the carrier and destination.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to reship it for free.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at info@vlloura.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimate, contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If still missing, contact us.

Vlloura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing due to theft or misplacement. However, we will reasonably assist you with the investigation process.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are typically the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.


INCORRECT ITEMS / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vlloura.com with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos (and video if possible) showing the issue.

We will review and provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
